Lucy is my pilates instructor and she is fabulous! She is knowledgeable, pushes you just the right amount & she makes it fun! She explains how to do things really well, making the moves easy to understand. She is a brilliant motivator and I would throughly recommend her!

Not only is Lucy a superb Pilates instructor, consistently helping me to perfect (or get through) each Pilates exercise (she makes it all look so easy), but shows huge patience and understanding helping me get the best possible use out of the various gym apparatus as well. I’ve used Lucy’s PT services for just under a year and she has been absolutely brilliant. She has created work out plans that push me to meet my goals whilst being encouraging and supportive. I highly recommend her!

I’ve been a doctor for 19 years but have been consistently impressed both with Lucy’s knowledge and her ability to constantly adapt my routine so that I’m challenged without being totally overwhelmed. I’ve seen big improvements in my overall fitness and her focus on proper warming up and stretching as well as attention to technique means that I have not got injured or too stiff. If you want to get lean and fit, this is a great person to get you there.

I honestly can’t recommend Lucy highly enough. She helped me regain my confidence at the gym, and worked with me to identify my issues with posture and areas that were weak, providing helpful exercises and stretches which have helped me so much. She’s got me back on track and it has been so nice to have had such a friendly and kind PT to work with every week! Thank you Lucy!

I’m not one to leave reviews really, but this particular professional PT warrants one. I had a 1-2-1 Session with Lucy and it was one of the best I have ever had. She is extremely knowledgeable and very articulate in how she communicates. My view on Pilates has completely changed , and that is solely down to Lucy educating me that even for a 6.6ft 130kg Bodybuilder, Pilates is very beneficial. Since the my PT session with her , I have kept up with the exercises she recommended and I’ve never felt more agile or mobile as a result. A huge thank you from me Lucy.

I’ve been working out in the gym for 16 years and found myself pretty set in my ways. So I had a PT session with the lovely Lucy Long and really loved it, she gave me great tips on improving my technique and posture, which have really made a difference, as well as showing me great alternatives on the gym floor. She is really lovely company too with a very calming energy, which helps when you trying to power thru that extra rep! I highly recommend her!
