Delivered via an app. Online personal training gives you direct access to the same workout plans and advice offered from a personal training service, but with added convenience. Whether you’re on the road or don’t have time for an in-person workout easy access to plans, advice that will give you the tools to succeed.

Can you buy pack a pack of personal training sessions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sessions are sold either in a pack or as single use sessions. Packs must be used within a certain time frame.

Will I need a gym membership?

Accepted Answer

No. Online personal training plans will be tailored to your needs and access to equipment. If you would like in person sessions at your home, equipment will be brought to you and based on need.

What is your cancellation policy?

Personal training sessions & Pilates Online Mat Class need to be cancelled with at least 24 hour notice. If not the session will be charged or deducted from pack.

Online Fitness Coaching is non-refundable.
